Corporate gifts for companies
Travel agencies & event companies
Hotels and hospitality partners
We are looking for a
results-driven Business Development Manager
to actively develop and grow this B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients in Dubai (companies, corporates, agencies, hotels)
Actively prospect through:
LinkedIn outreach
Cold emails and calls
Face-to-face meetings and field visits
Present Baba's Cave B2B offers (corporate gifts, customized gift boxes, wellness products)
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
Negotiate pricing, quantities, and commercial terms
Close deals and manage the full sales cycle
Maintain and update CRM / sales follow-up
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide regular activity and sales reports to management
Requirements
Proven experience in
B2B sales or business development
(minimum 2-3 years)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold prospecting and field sales
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Good understanding of the Dubai business environment
Excellent communication skills in
English
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Strong advantage:
Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, corporate gifting, or luxury products
Existing network within companies, hotels, or agencies in Dubai
