Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in luxury villa construction and branded interiors
Build lasting relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and HNWIs
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to elite clientele
Lead tendering and pre-qualification processes with our estimating team
Monitor market trends and position Vibes Construction strategically
Exceed sales targets while upholding our reputation for excellence
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in business development within construction, fit-out, or luxury real estate in the UAE
Proven success in closing high-value projects (villas, hospitality, retail, branded interiors)
Strong network with developers like Emaar, Meraas, Nakheel, and luxury brands
Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred
Results-driven with senior-level negotiation skills
