Job Description

:

• Responsible for bringing business for an Engineering consultancy firm
• Experienced in engineering and construction work, supplies, process, etc.

• Actively research potential clients, pursue new business relationships and generate business
• Obtain client requirements, prepare the needs tailored to targeted customer, plan and coordinate business development activities
• Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings and trade shows
• Prepare tender documents, vendor registration documents and proposals
• Preparing and finalizing sales offers, quotations, and contracts for client(s) and other entity
• Maintain proper collection for company's revenue and fixing proper payment terms with customer
• Presenting and editing company profiles
• Make cold calls and personal visits to new & existing clients
• Follow up for quoted jobs till receiving the Job Order from the client

Qualifications:

• Preferably Arabic Nationality
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience of Business Development for engineering firms in Sharjah, UAE
• Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing, or in Sales Administration, or in Civil/Architectural Engineering
• Familiarity with Sharjah - UAE market

• Valid driving license
• Leadership, honesty, and integrity
• Excellent skills for negotiation with clients
• A strong aptitude for sales along with excellent technical, communications and presentation skills
• Proficient in working with computer programs
