Develop and execute a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy for MERITO.
Define brand positioning, tone, and value proposition.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Campaigns & Lead Generation:
Launch and manage 360 marketing campaigns (digital, offline, PR, brokers).
Plan and monitor social media, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and real estate portals.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and lead quality.
Content & Creative Direction:
Oversee production of all marketing content (videos, photography, brochures).
Work with creative agencies or freelancers to deliver visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in real estate marketing (UAE preferred).
Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding, buyer personas, and real estate market trends.
Experience working with creative teams or agencies.
Proficient in marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, Analytics).
Preferred:
Arabic and English fluency.
Portfolio or examples of real estate projects/campaigns handled.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
