We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

real estate sector

, with a proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients within the

real estate industry

, including developers, brokers, and property management firms. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business growth objectives. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and close business deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding. Represent the company at real estate events, networking functions, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA or BBA in Marketing or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales within the real estate sector

. In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and meet targets. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Benefits:

Salary: AED 4,000 - 6,000 (Negotiable) +
