Job Summary

Hamilton House Education Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and professional Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students and their families to explain our educational consulting services, provide exceptional customer service, and guide students through the admissions process.

This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to continuously enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Prospective Clients: Meet with students and parents to explain the consultancy's services, including school and university admissions, scholarship opportunities, and relocation support. Understand the unique needs and goals of each client to provide tailored advice and solutions. Guide Students Through Admissions: Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to schools and universities. Provide guidance on necessary documentation, application deadlines, and interview preparation. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and convert leads into successful clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school/university representatives. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve service offerings. Share insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain Accurate Records: Document client interactions, feedback. Prepare reports on customer inquiries, conversions, and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in customer service, or sales is preferred. Familiarity with the UAE's education system and admission processes is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Fluency in English is required;
