We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
with a strong background inHR services or recruitment to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience inclient acquisition, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in the UAE HR industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR, staffing, and recruitment services Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of services Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
2-3 years of UAE experience in Business Development within the HR/Recruitment sector (mandatory)
Strong understanding of the UAE market and client dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesBenefits:
