Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the safety and technical training sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
- Promote our training programs and services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful training program delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development role within the safety training or technical training industry in the UAE.
- Strong network and client base in various industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- UAE driving license is preferable
- Preferable on their own visa
