Min 3-4 years' Experience in FACILITIES MANAGEMENT and BUILDING MAINTENANCE in UAE. Should have knowledge of the local market Able to work independently with minimum supervision The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads and generating business for facilities management services Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with the expert teams to supply potential candidates Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address Making recommendations to clients in the GCC region regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements Working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Working to weekly and monthly sales targets Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client's business Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
