We are looking for a dynamic and

results-driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling IT services, including

website and mobile app development, web solutions, and digital marketing

. The candidate should have a proven track record in business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and sell services to potential clients. Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with prospects. Develop a strong understanding of company services and offerings. Travel across the UAE for client meetings when required. Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and targets. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies. Conduct online research to identify new opportunities. Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handovers. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales within the IT industry (Website/ App development or digital marketing preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
