Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across UAE Oil & Gas clients (operators, EPCs, service companies, and government/semi-government entities). Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, networking, site visits, and industry events. Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (ADNOC group companies and major contractors). Support client/vendor registration, pre-qualification, and compliance documentation required for tendering. Monitor tender portals and client platforms; track RFQs/ITTs, clarifications, deadlines, and submissions. Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals with Engineering, Operations, and Finance. Prepare capability decks, presentations, and client briefings aligned with project requirements. Conduct market/competitor analysis to stay ahead of upcoming projects, pricing trends, and frameworks. Support commercial negotiations within approved authority and assist with contract finalization and handover. Maintain CRM/opportunity records and provide weekly/monthly BD reports to management. Promote local value commitments including ICV alignment and Emiratisation contribution in tender submissions.
Requirements

UAE National (Family Book required).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 0-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relation roles (Oil & Gas exposure preferred; motivated fresh graduates welcome). Good understanding of UAE Oil & Gas market structure, procurement cycles, and tendering process is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills in

. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word); CRM experience is a plus. Proactive, target-driven, confident in client engagement, and comfortable with field/client visits.
