results-driven, self-motivated Business Development Executive

to actively generate, pursue, and secure

new clients

for our

accounting and taxation services

. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong network and sales acumen who are looking to earn

high commissions

by delivering qualified and finalized client leads.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and connect with potential clients who require accounting, tax filing, or financial compliance services. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, or partnerships. Present and promote our service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients. Coordinate initial meetings between the client and service team to close the deal. Ensure that leads convert into paying clients through regular follow-ups and relationship building. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report on activities and conversion progress.
Requirements

Prior experience Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report on activities and conversion progress. 3+ years of

sales or business development

, preferably in the

financial services

or

professional services

industry in UAE Strong understanding of

accounting and taxation services

(basic knowledge is acceptable; training can be provided). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Access to a strong professional network is a plus. Applicants must have own visa.

Remuneration will be

Pure Commission-Based

: Earn a

percentage of the revenue

generated from each successfully landed and secured client. Require Freelancers or consultants looking to supplement their income.
