We are looking for a resilient, empathic, ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive in our Dubai office, to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing clients and hunting for new ones. Furthermore, ensure that our products and services always exceed client's expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Experience with sale revenue worth USD $2Mil+ annually.
Must have 5-7 years of total experience in Business Development.
Must have 3-4 years of BDM experience into staffing domain.
Must have 3+ years UAE experience.
Must have experience in dealing with government clients (UAE based)
Driving License is mandatory.
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Keeping on top of administrative tasks ? such as updating CRM systems
Skills:
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
The ability to think creatively and strategically with proven sales track record.
Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software (Zoho).
Proficiency in English & local language.
Deep market knowledge with ability to build rapport, influence and negotiate with others.
Time management and planning skills.
Education/Experience: Education/Experience: BSc/BA or higher in business administration, sales or relevant field.
