We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Executive
/Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Dubai. If you are passionate about student counseling, sales conversion, and helping learners choose the right career path -- we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound student inquiries for professional courses
Convert qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales pipeline
Counsel learners on suitable courses and certification pathways
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing teams
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales / BD
(preferably in training or EdTech)
Bachelor's degree (Any)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales targets
Experience with CRM tools
Presentable, confident, and sales-driven
Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus
