Position Summary:
We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate (Female)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tourism sector, a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, and a deep understanding of the Dubai tourism market. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai tourism industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, and other key partners.
Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable partnerships and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the tourism sector in Dubai.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
