Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate property sales and leasing leads
Promote company property listings through networking, client meetings, and marketing channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business prospects
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve set targets
Attend property viewings and client meetings as required
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales using the company CRM
Requirements:
Min 1 year experience in real estate sales, business development, or related field (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
Ability to work independently under a commission-based structure
