Business Development Executive - BIM & CAD (Immediate Hiring)
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a fast-growing opportunity in the construction manpower industry?
Join our expanding
BIM & CAD Manpower Division
and work with top contracting, MEP, and engineering companies across the UAE.Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for the
BIM manpower division
by identifying potential clients in construction, MEP, fit-out, and engineering sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of companies that require outsourcedBIM Modelers and Draftsmen
. Reach out to decision-makers, present company services, and promote available BIM resources. Develop relationships with new and existing clients to secure regular manpower requirements. Conduct meetings, understand client needs, prepare proposals, and support the closing process. Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and weekly business development activities. Achieve monthly business targets for acquiring new clients and securing BIM manpower orders.Requirements:
2-3 years UAE Sales experience in manpower/construction preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering Immediate joining Valid UAE driving License
