Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Executive
with an academic background in
Sports Science, Physical Education, or Sports Management
to help grow our sports center. The role involves expanding client relationships, increasing memberships, developing partnerships, and supporting operational and program development.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Develop strategies to increase membership, client acquisition, and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities--corporate programs, schools, academies, events, partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community groups, and sports organizations.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and new service opportunities.
Assist in pricing, promotional campaigns, and sales planning.
Sports Program Development
Coordinate with coaches/instructors to design and promote new sports programs, classes, and events.
Support program scheduling, capacity planning, and quality assurance.
Ensure programs align with sports science principles and industry best practices.
Marketing & Branding
Work with the marketing team to create campaigns for memberships, classes, and events.
Support social media content planning, promotions, and engagement.
Represent the sports center at events, exhibitions, and school/corporate visits.
Operations & Coordination
Assist with daily operational planning and member satisfaction activities.
Track KPIs such as membership growth, retention, program participation, and revenue.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Ensure high standards of customer service, professionalism, and safety across all programs.

2-5 years experience in business development, sales, or sports center operations (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of sports programs, fitness trends, and athletic development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Passion for sports, fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
Preferred Skills
Experience in membership sales or sports academy operations.
Knowledge of athlete development, physical training concepts, or sports coaching.
Creative thinking for promotions, marketing, and program development.
Ability to work flexible hours during events or peak seasons.
