Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive / Sales Specialist
with proven experience in the
Holiday Homes
. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by acquiring new property owners, corporate clients, and partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new property owners for holiday home management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase portfolio size and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and partners.
Present holiday home management solutions, pricing models, and revenue projections to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
Collaborate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM systems.
Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Business Development or Sales
within
Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Real Estate
.
Strong understanding of short-term rental operations, OTA platforms, and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Target-driven mindset with a strong ability to close deals.
Familiarity with the UAE property market is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Female Candidate preferred.
