We are hiring a sharp, proactive Business Development Executive who can bring new buildings and property portfolios for our company to manage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach landlords, property owners, developers, and investment groups.
Secure new buildings, villas, and apartment portfolios for property management.
Build strong relationships with owners to understand their property needs.
Pitch our management services, leasing, maintenance, tenant handling, and facility operations.
Conduct market research to track new projects, vacant buildings, and opportunities.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly acquisition targets for property onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and report progress regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate / property management / business development in UAE.
Strong network of landlords, brokers, and property owners (big plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
UAE driving license preferred.
