Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company offerings and generate qualified leads.
Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions, services, or products.
Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-ups to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits with interested prospects.
Update and manage leads, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Provide timely feedback and market insights to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telecalling, outbound sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain persistence.
Must be based in Dubai / Ras Al-Khaimah.
