Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive with Experience in Building Contracting, Electro-mechanical, and Contracting field / Facility Management. The Position will be highly incentivized and the role of the executive is to, but not limited to:
- Generate Sales for the Company.
- Meet with Clients / Consultants/ Contractors, etc. Maintain relationships to generate new sale leads and convert them to projects.
- Must be based in the UAE and have a thorough knowledge of the UAE Construction Market, and the big players
- Prepare, if needed, the necessary Quotations to Customer Requirements and to do regular follow up.
- Promote and Sell Other range of services offered by the company to the existing customer base and also exploring new customer segments.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of Interior fit-out project sales experience is ideal, particularly in the UAE and interior works industry, commercial real estate, management services, construction, Development, Buildings
- This role will be responsible for identifying, building rapport, tendering, and successfully be awarded Major Villas, and Buildings projects
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Fluent in English.
- CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
- WITH A UAE DRIVERS LICENSE
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
