We are hiring a Business Development Executive and Coordinator for a Jointly Owned Property.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in property management or facility supervision
Knowledge of JOP (Jointly Owned Property) regulations under
Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019
and related RERA compliance frameworks
Strong technical understanding of MEP, civil, HVAC, and interior fit-out works
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (basic), and reporting tools
UAE driving license is mandatory
