We're Hiring! Business Development Executive - Real Estate (JOP & Handover Services)
Location: Dubai | Full-Time
Are you experienced in Jointly Owned Property (JOP) management and real estate handovers? Do you have a solid network with developers and an eye for opportunity in Dubai's competitive real estate market?
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our JOP management, property management, and unit handover services. You'll be responsible for building key partnerships, securing new projects, and supporting long-term growth strategies.
What You'll Do:
Drive client acquisition for JOP & Property Management
Secure handover contracts with developers
Create winning proposals and presentations
Leverage your network in the real estate industry
Collaborate with legal, operations & RERA-compliance teams
Requirements:
3+ years in real estate business development (UAE)
Knowledge of JOP Law (Law No. 6 of 2019)
Strong presentation & communication skills
UAE driving license is a plus
Ready to take the lead in reshaping real estate communities across Dubai?
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
Knowledge in JOP Law: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
