The Role

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with 1-2 years of experience in the IT sector. You will be the face of Al Areej, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through our diverse portfolio of IT services and distributed solutions.

What You'll Do

Identify & Ignite:

Research and engage with potential clients to understand their IT pain points.

Consultative Selling:

Present our IT services and distribution solutions as the "perfect fit" for client needs.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on IT trends and competitor activity to keep Al Areej ahead of the curve.

Pipeline Management:

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

At least

1-2 years of experience

specifically within the IT industry (Software, Hardware, or Services).

Passion for Tech:

A genuine interest in how IT solutions drive modern business.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex solutions simply.

Drive:

A "hunter" mindset--you are motivated by targets and the thrill of closing a deal.
