Business Development Executive (housekeeping & Cleaning Services)

Job Description
- BDE will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide the facility services.
- Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants, and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, and organizing marketing events.
- Securing and closing new Janitorial & Housekeeping contracts with assigned target markets in Dubai.
- New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
- Job costing, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
- BDE is involved in both strategic planning & day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
- A strong understanding of hard and soft FM services, as well as a comprehensive appreciation of the tender process with regard to commercial and public sector procurement, are also key attributes you will need to demonstrate.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with min. 2 yrs. of sales exp. in UAE
- Proven Sales experience within the Facilities Services industry in UAE preferred.
- Solid awareness of Hard and Soft service guidelines, asset and cost management.
- UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
- business development executive: 2 years (Preferred)
- facilities services: 1 year (Preferred)
- UAE driving licence (Required)
