Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering partners.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Present products/services and negotiate contracts with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in hospitality or HORECA sales
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Market research and sales planning abilities
Goal-driven personality with good presentation skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally in HORECA
