We are expanding our hospitality sales team in Dubai and looking for a
Business Development Executive
to drive growth in the B2B segment. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors
Coordinate with marketing to run promotions and campaigns for client acquisition
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Represent the company in client meetings and networking events
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
B2B sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid UAE Driving License + personal car (mandatory)
Experience in hospitality / F&B / hotel sales is Mandatory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentl

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,001.00 per month
