Business Development Executive - Holiday & Vacation Homes





Source, approach, and secure new holiday and vacation home properties under management, including apartments, villas, and serviced units. Build, develop, and manage relationships with property owners, landlords, real estate agents, corporate clients, and investors within the UAE market. Onboard new properties, coordinating with operations and marketing teams for seamless integration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand property listings and drive revenue growth. Promote and negotiate holiday home management services, exclusive listing offers, and vacation rental solutions to potential clients and travel agencies. Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue. Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners, vendors, and corporate partners. Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, agreements, and property performance using CRM and property management systems. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement promotional campaigns, including digital marketing (social media, email campaigns) to attract guests and property owners. Represent the company at real estate events, expos, industry trade shows, and networking meetings to build brand awareness and strategic partnerships. Act as a point of contact for property owners, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor performance indicators such as occupancy rates, revenue growth, customer retention, and provide regular insights and reports to management. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisitions and overall performance.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, vacation home rentals, or hospitality. Strong network of landlords, agents, or investors in the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with strong sales and marketing acumen. Experience with CRM software, property management systems, and booking platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet revenue targets.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
