We are expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our portfolio and strengthen our presence in the luxury hospitality market.
Role Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, forging valuable partnerships, and elevating our brand's reach in Dubai and beyond. Your role will focus on growing our client base and enhancing the visibility of our luxury offerings.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business leads to expand our villa portfolio and client network.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, meetings, and professional follow-ups.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Deliver personalized and exceptional service to high-profile clients, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our luxury standards.
Keep detailed and organized records of interactions, contracts, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to brand initiatives, client events, and marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is required
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
