Pegasus Home Healthcare Services L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to expand our client base and grow our healthcare services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, corporate sites, construction/industrial companies, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote services such as nursing, doctor on call, medical camps, ambulance services, health screenings, etc.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with the operations and medical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, networking events, and meetings.
Maintain records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Provide weekly reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and services in UAE is a plus.
