Business Development Executive (Sales Manager)

Property Management General & Deep Cleaning Services Water Tank Cleaning & Pipeline Disinfection Kitchen Duct & Grease Trap Cleaning Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning Facade Cleaning, Inspection & Repairs HVAC System / Air Duct Cleaning HVAC Inspection & Maintenance Drain Line Jetting & Sump Pit Cleaning Pest Control Services Smoke and Fire Damage Restorations Swimming Pool Maintenance & Cleaning Preventive & Reactive Maintenance Security Staffing Waste Management Services Yacht & Aircraft Cleaning Ship Cleaning / Asbestos Removal

Requirements:

Engineering/Management Graduates Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in Facilities Management or Technical Services in the Middle East. Proven track record in selling the mentioned services. Strong client network within the Middle East/UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies for the services provided Generate leads, secure new contracts, and expand the company's client portfolio. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents. Work closely with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
