Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company\'s Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests inquiries are attended to.
The role will involve researching and identifying new business, pitching to new clients and managing accounts, ensuring their brief is communicated internally to Designers
Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company\'s portfolio.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales experts and sales representatives
Assist the other shows in marketing deliverables should there be a manpower shortage in the marketing department.
Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned shows.
