Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate business terms and close profitable deals.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Prepare regular business development reports for management.
Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking functions.
