Are you passionate about the event industry and excited by innovative technology? We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead growth for our cutting-edge online ticketing platform and onsite registration services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and close deals with event organizers, promoters, venues, and agencies
Effectively pitch and sell solutions including online ticketing, QR code-based entry, and onsite registration (e.g., badge printing, kiosks, scanners)
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
Customize solutions to meet client needs--whether for concerts, expos, conferences, or corporate events
Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine the sales strategy
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in business development within event tech, ticketing, or SaaS
Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales presentations, and proposal writing
Existing network within the event or live entertainment industry is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about technology and events
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
Valid UAE driving license is required
