Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive - ELV Systems
1.
Sales & Business Growth
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for ELV solutions in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and relationship-building.
Respond to RFPs/RFQs and prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
2.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
Understand client requirements and offer customized ELV system solutions (e.g., CCTV, fire alarm, access control, BMS).
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
3.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the ELV space.
Develop strategic sales plans to target key sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.
4.
Coordination with Technical Team
Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and aligned with client expectations.
Participate in site visits and technical presentations when required.
5.
Project Follow-Up
Monitor the progress of ELV system projects post-sale to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle any concerns or adjustments needed during the project implementation phase.
6.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
7.
Compliance & Product Knowledge
Stay up-to-date with the latest ELV technologies, products, and industry standards.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with local regulations and safety requirements.
