to drive sales and client acquisition for our growing security systems division.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients
Conduct cold outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and in-person visits
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups
Sales & Proposal Handling
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
Schedule site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for project scoping
Negotiate and close deals.
Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Provide input on service packaging, offers, and sales strategy
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in
security systems / ELV / CCTV / access control
sales
Strong B2B selling skills and client-facing confidence
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is a plus)
UAE driving license preferred
