to join our Electrical & Maintenance Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the electrical contracting, preventive maintenance, and facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical and maintenance service sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to design customized service solutions.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular business performance reports.
Support marketing and promotional activities such as exhibitions, campaigns, and trade shows.
Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team post-contract finalization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical or facility management services.
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and related services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license (preferred for local travel).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Target-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
