Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial market sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and key clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and technical proposals to clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on project inquiries, quotations, and tenders to ensure closure.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market data.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in business development or sales within the
electrical industry
(lighting, switchgear, cables, panels, etc.).
Strong understanding of electrical products and project sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid UAE driving license
