Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions, products, or services.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all leads and opportunities are tracked and managed.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote services and expand the customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry (software, hardware, or IT services).
Strong understanding of IT products and digital solutions (e.g., cloud, ERP, web development, managed IT services).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
Should be available in Dubai for interview
