Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in Accounting, Auditing, or Financial Services)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE experience is preferred
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Accounting & Auditing sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
