Job Description

Conduct Outbound Sales Calls:

Engage with prospective B2B customers through outbound calling to promote DU Telecom products and services.

Generate New Leads:

Identify and qualify potential business clients through research, lead generation tools, and cold calling.

Close Sales Deals:

Present tailored solutions, handle objections effectively, and close sales to meet individual and team revenue targets.

Cross-Sell & Upsell Services:

Recommend additional products or upgraded services to existing clients to maximize account value.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Develop strong, long-term relationships with business clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve Monthly Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

Keep up to date with the latest telecom industry developments, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Maintain CRM & Sales Records:

Accurately update customer information, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with Sales & Support Teams:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer service.

Gather Market Feedback:

Provide insights on customer needs, competitor strategies, and potential areas for service improvement.
