Job Description

Develop and Execute Business Plans:

Create strategic business development plans aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.

Identify New Business Opportunities:

Proactively research, network, and engage in cold calling to generate quality leads and explore new market opportunities.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.

Negotiate and Close Deals:

Lead negotiations with potential clients, close profitable deals, and ensure long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth & Customer Satisfaction:

Drive revenue through strategic sales efforts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market and Industry Insight:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developments to identify growth areas.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Client & Market Feedback:

Collect and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

Experience:

* Telecom: 2 years (Preferred)
