Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help us secure new projects in the construction and fire systems sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai and the UAE market. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients. Search, review, and follow up on tenders from government and private portals. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals. Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote the company's services. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports. Follow up with clients after project award to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking activities.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years experience in Business Development in the construction, MEP, or fire systems field. Strong knowledge of the UAE market, especially Dubai. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network of contacts with consultants, developers, and contractors (preferred). Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
