Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Proven
sales / business development experience
in the
construction industry
Strong understanding of construction projects, contracting, and client management
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand business opportunities in the construction sector
Identify and pursue new clients, projects, and tenders
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with technical and project teams
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local construction market
Valid driving license (preferred)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
