We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong experience and active connections in the construction and contracting field inside the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new projects, securing tenders, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new construction projects (fit-out, general contracting, civil & MEP).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
Search for tenders and business opportunities and ensure timely registration.
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents with the support of the technical team.
Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure strong client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Attend meetings, networking events, and site visits as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years experience in Business Development / Sales in a construction or contracting company inside the UAE.
Strong connections with consultants, developers, and contractors.
Good knowledge of UAE construction market and tendering procedures.
Valid UAE driving license (a must).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
