We are a growing business looking for a

results-driven Business Development Executive

to bring in new clients and help grow the company (Event Management).

This role is focused on

client acquisition, outreach, and closing deals

. The right candidate will be proactive, confident in communication, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients Pitch company services and close deals Build and maintain client relationships Follow up with leads and manage client communication Work closely with management to support business growth

Probation Period:



2-month probation period

Performance-based evaluation High performers may be offered a long-term role with higher commissions or fixed compensation

Requirements:



Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently English required; Arabic is a plus
