What You'll Do
Identify and develop new opportunities across HR consulting, talent solutions, and professional services
Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and market insight
Design tailored proposals and compelling presentations that address client priorities
Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver integrated, people-first solutions
Represent Powering People at key industry events, client forums, and leadership roundtables
Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging client needs
Consistently meet and exceed growth and business development goals
What You Bring
4-6 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in HR consulting, talent management, or professional services.
MBA or equivalent, preferably with a focus on HR, Marketing, or Business Development.
Proven success in achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
A strong network within corporate HR and leadership circles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for people and growth.
