Job Description

- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met.
- Updating senior management.
- Leading promotional activities for the event including social media and cold calling.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in sales within an events company.
- Must be open to outdoor sales.
- Excellent organizational, communication and marketing skills.
- Experience in coordinating large events from start to finish.
- A track record in acquiring new clients and developing new and existing business.
- Proficiency in using social media channels, computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Willingness to travel to meet client's needs.
- Languages: English and Chinese.
- Preferably has a UAE driver's license.
