Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

CCTV Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive - CCTV & Security Systems

situated in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

CCTV systems

access control

, and

security solutions

to commercial and residential clients. Identify and develop

new business opportunities

in the security equipment sector. Conduct

site visits

client meetings

, and prepare tailored security solutions. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

through professional communication and consistent follow-up. Prepare and deliver

quotations

proposals

, and handle negotiations to successfully close deals. Collaborate with

technical

and

installation teams

to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed assigned

monthly sales targets

and KPIs. Stay updated with

market trends

, competitor activities, and new developments in security technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

in

CCTV/security systems

within the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of

surveillance and security technology

. Excellent

communication

interpersonal skills

UAE driving license

preferred. Fluent in

English

; Arabic is an added advantage.
